What You'll Do
You'll be the frontline for Fortune 1000 customers who depend on our platform daily:
- Provide technical and functional support to enterprise customers
- Troubleshoot issues with AI agents, integrations, and platform features
- Help customers navigate Salesforce sync, account setup, and AI workflows
- Document common issues and build self-service support resources
- Work directly with engineering to resolve bugs and improve product reliability
- Track customer adoption and flag accounts that need attention
This isn't scripted ticket management.
You'll solve real problems for sales teams at the world's largest companies.
What We Need
Required:
- 1+ years in technical customer support or success role
- Strong troubleshooting skills (you can debug issues independently)
- Comfortable with enterprise software (CRMs, integrations, web applications)
- Clear written and verbal communication
