What You'll Do
You'll own the success of Fortune 1000 accounts from onboarding to expansion:
- Drive adoption across enterprise sales teams
- Build relationships with Chief Sales Officers and their leadership teams
- Identify expansion opportunities and upsell additional accounts
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work with engineering to solve them
- Design custom workflows that map our platform to customer sales processes
- Run quarterly business reviews showing pipeline impact and ROI
You'll need to think from first principles about customer problems and fix them.
What We Need
Required:
- 3+ years managing enterprise accounts at IT services, management consulting, or B2B services companies
- Deep understanding of how services firms sell (deal teams, practice areas, account-based selling)
- Strong technical understanding (you can debug integrations, understand APIs, read logs)
